Casting issue: Squid ink particles lose precision at high coordinates

Note how the ink particles produced by the squid are not centered on the squid in these pictures, instead being generated centered on the block corner. This should not happen.

Currently waiting for more information before requesting this either be merged into ~~MC-76810~~ or kept separate.
