Casting issue: Conduit particles are attracted to conduit incorrectly at high distances

In the provided image, it can be seen that the conduit particles in this case cluster towards a point which is completely external to the conduit block itself, as opposed to in the center of the conduit as is seen at normal distances.

Currently waiting for more information before requesting this either be merged into MC-76810 or kept separate.
