Grass blocks have a "Snowy" debug upon holding the block in 1st person

I picked up a grass block that i got from killing an enderman from 19w38b, and it had a snowy top. I thought this was becuase it was from 19w38b, but i got myself another one from playing in this this snapshot and it STILL showed as snowy grass block. I am pretty sure a good way to fix this is by either removing the snowy grass blocks or changing it so that if a player holds any block that had it's original name "Grass block" instantly have the block go into the normal grass texture.
