Multiple Texture Bugs

There are so many texture issues I have to make a list:

• The entire texture surface of dogs is tinted with the colour of their collar (see attached image)
• Item frames are black (see attached image)
• Experience orbs have black border around them
• Villagers turn either fully white or fully black and all have farmer hat even though they are not farmers
• items, either dropped on the ground, or in hand of player or other mobs appear highlighted, as if shading is not being applied to them
• Banners don't show their textures.

There are probably more that I have forgotten, but these are the most noticeable ones.
