Putting an item frame with an anvil on the item frame on the same block as where a torch is causes Z-Fighting

The bug

Z-fighting can be seen when torches occupy the same space as anvils in item frames.

How to reproduce

1. Build the setup as shown in setup.png
   Z-fighting is visible where the torch intersects the anvil model

Expected behavior

Z-fighting would not be able to be seen when torches occupy the same space as anvils in item frames.
