Tutorial toasts aren't updated when the game language is changed

When you first log in to your world (or server), you have tutorial toasts with something like "Move with WASD" and "Use your mouse to look around". If you change language in the game settings while one of the toasts is on the screen, it won't change the language although all the other stuff changes language.
