Villagers Take the profesion of a block used already by another villager and sometimes get stuck in their profesions.

So i have a survival world in minecraft and i have a group of villagers and when they reproduce sometimes they take the profesion of someone else, and when i tried to break the block, he still locked in and i haven't traded with him
