Chest model incorrect

The chest model is incorrect in four ways. First, the models for the top and the inside have been swapped. Second, the hole where the latch should be is on the back, and split onto the top and bottom. Third, when opened, the latch is floating above the lid. Finally, there is Z-fighting under the lid.
NOTE: This happens to ender chests as well.
