Chest texture reversed when using Programmer Art

If you place a chest down while Programmer Art is on, you will see that the top is significantly darker (also in inventory model) and if you open the chest you can get a glimpse that the chest's bottom texture is in the inside, and its inside is at the bottom.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a chest
2.  Observe the chest's inside and bottom.
3.  The top is dark, and the texture is messed up.

(Also, if you look at the item frame, it is very dark, even without Programmer Art)
