Banners appear blank white for a split of a second when placing them

Banners appear completely white and empty for a split of a second when you place them somewhere, no matter their colors and patterns. Not really a serious issue, but it appears way to long for loading a simple color or pattern. At least long enough that I was able to capture the issue in a screenshot when placing a brown banner, see below.
