A repairing bug that i can't repair in the high Points level. (unless in creative mode)

So, I was just trying to repair my diamond armor. And i set my point level very high, and when i try to repair the armor it said, "Too Expensive!" Clearly i have enough in point to do so in survival mode. It's fine when in Creative mode.
