buggy land when more than 29999999blocks away from spawn

so i whas just testing to se how far away you can tp with the /tp command and i fundt this strange thing happening(uploaded a video)

edit1: if you move longer away than 31999999blocks from spawn then you will get a message saying "illegal position"
