Blocks that don't destroy path blocks when placed destroy them when moving above them

similar to farm land getting destroyed by block 36 (piston extension) before 19w37, path blocks get destroyed by blocks like end rods, carpet and fence gates when they get moved.

 

I think path blocks should behave like farm land in that regard
