Baby ocelots no longer spawn along with adult ocelots when using ocelot spawn eggs

The bug

Prior to 19w37a, when using an ocelot spawn egg on a block (while not looking at an adult ocelot), occasionally a baby ocelot would be spawned along with its parent (see MC-135098). That does no longer happen.
