Village farms have seeds in not plantable blocks and water is not flowing (this may be two bugs at once)

The seeds of a farm generated in the village appear in blocks that are not able to have seeds on them. There are seeds generating on water source blocks and the water that is not blocked does not flow from the farms until it is updated.
