Music Dose Not Play

Music Dose Not Play,
Other sounds play just fine,
music disks will work fine also,
the default music dose not,

at random times the default music will play, then turn off...

this is with all game modes,

with or with out mods...

this also did the same on my
windows XP sp3, 4g ram, 4 core, P4 3.8 GHZ, HT cpu
java 7-21,
