Sinking Mobs and Grumpy Endermen

I have been playing Minecraft alot and there are two bugs that annoy me.
1) Endermen open their mouths when i am not looking at them and this happens in Creative Mode
2) Often Mobs tend to sink into the ground. It annoys me a whole bunch.
