Nether Portal Constantly Spawns Endless Pigmen

I have multiple nether portals in a world I started in 19w36a, and all of them have zombie pigmen pouring out at absurd rates, as in, one portal spawning enough pigmen to outpace a massive gold farm. 

Update: Occurs in the Nether as well
