Can´t use items in Inventory

I started Minecraft,with Mods (I´m using the Forge ModLoader,Player API,TMI,Rei´s Minimap and Traincraft).
After I loaded my World,i wanted to put coal and sand into the furnace,but i was failed to take the items out of my inventory.I can´t use anything in my Inventory,and short times later,minecraft crashes.
I made force update and I used Minecraft Patcher,but it doesn´t works,so what can i do?
