elytra velocity resets upon autosave while loading chunks (video) (Multiplayer)

The Bug:
Elytra velocity resets when youre flying and the server saves the world.

To reproduce:
Get elytra and fly
then force a save while loading chunks

The elytra will completely stop in midair briefly and youll need to regain the velocity
