19w36a not taking fall or drown damage

Hi 

Just thought I should let you guys know, ever since playing on 19w36a i have not been taking fall or drown damage in my survival worlds, even new ones created on this snapshot. It's obviously not the worst bug, but is pretty major so i thought id report on here regardless.
