Bees in void superflat worlds will freeze their flying movement when they have reached below sea level (that is, Y < 0)

The bees that I have spawned in my sort of test world just started out fly around until they get to below sea level at Y < 0 and then suddenly end up freezing their movement even when the ticking rate is kept alive.
