Fire and falling does not damage the player when loading from a world created in a previous version

Falling off of high areas and being set on fire does not damage the player no matter what when you load in a world from previous versions into the latest snapshot (19w36a).

A new world created in this snapshot would still allow players to take fall damage and fire damage though. 

So far these are the only things that can be noticed in terms of taking damage from the environment as berry bushes still do cause damage.
