Lag Issues

Hello,
I've never had issues with Minecraft, since the bêta 1.4. The thing is that since the new launcher as been released, whenever I try to play the game in snapshot I start to lag a lot, and that makes the game unplayable. Whether in creative than in survival, whether in single player than in multi player
