Devanagari script not included within the Minecraft font

Relates to MC-156376, MC-160468, MC-160469

This causes the thicknesses of the lines to look weird and very inconsistent with Minecraft's style. It is worth noting that, being an abugida, the script is already ravaged by MC-157148 as well.

This currently affects Hindi, and may affect other languages such as Sanskrit if ever implemented.
