Bees Take suffocation damage when Block is directly above them.

Bees will start to take suffocation damage when ever there is a block directly above them. Keep having bees fly under a wood block on large oak tree generation and take damage. Also affects them when they fly into caves or overhangs. Possible hit box issue?
