2 Wandering Traders

Was playing survival in the latest snapshot; 19w35a. I was headed off to my boat to find a trader in the boat, turn around and another one is in my face.

I don't know whether this is because I had recently logged out and the first trader had already spawned?

I saw a post from 1.14.1 saying it was resolved, but maybe it's back?
