Skins Always Show Up Backwards

I wanted to try getting a custom skin for minecraft but no matter what skin i get, regardless of where i get it from, it shows up backwards in the actual game

Edit: I just checked and i seem to have the same issue with the default skins. I hadn't checked them in third person view yet so I'm not sure since when I've had this issue
