Boats can be placed inside of glass panes

The bug

Boats can be placed inside of glass panes.

To reproduce

1. Place some glass panes
2. Hold right click while looking at the floor the glass panes have been placed on while moving the mouse to look away from them
   → Occasionally, the boat gets placed inside of the glass panes and can then be moved through them.
