Bees AI gets stuck on fences and will not move

I saw bees moving to a flower on the ground when there was a line of oak fences in the way so the bee went straight into it and appeared to not realise that it was 1 and a bit blocks tall so it just got stuck trying to get to the flower and didn't move for as long as I looked, about 5 minutes, even into the night where it should have gone back to the hive/nest.
