Blaze track players through blocks

1. reproduction: hit a blaze without vision of the player.
2. actual: other blaze start tracking the player though walls.

 

expected: Blaze don't alert other blaze of players they cannot see. OR Blaze lose interest in tracking players that they cannot see.(edited)

This is NOT a duplicate, just included for reference. Linked issue was that blaze would agro(ignite and shoot fireballs at) the player through walls. This issue is that the blaze track the player through walls.
