Cannot spawn Baby variants of certain mobs by right-clicking on the adult ones

The bug

Can't spawn baby variants of the adult mobs listed below, by right-clicking them with their spawn egg.

This works for all the other mobs that have a baby variant except for: Zombies, Zombie villagers, Drowned and Zombie Pigmen.
