MacOS won't Join Minecraft Serer

Good Afternoon,

 

I downloaded the newest Minecraft on my MacBook and it is unable to join the Server. I Have Minecraft on my gaming rig and pay for a Server. They are both running the newest firmware 1.14.4. my MacBook is showing 19w34a. how do i fix this?
