bee nest and dispenser

What I expected to happen was...:
A dispenser can't fill a honey bottle when honey level in bee nest isn't 5

What actually happened was...:
The dispenser filled the bottle with a honey level 0

Steps to Reproduce:
1. place a dispenser next to a bee nesp
2. put a glass bottle in the dispenser
3. activate the dispenser with a redstone signal
