Water in the Neather

I should not be able to put water in a cauldron in the Neather. I can which means i just need to carry a cauldron and a bucket of water and Ill be fine.

What I expected to happen was...:
When I put water in a cauldron I didn't think it would work, because I was in the Neather.

What actually happened was...:
It did fill up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the Neather
2.  Place a cauldron
3. right click it with a bucket of water

4. catch on fire

5. put fire out by jumping in the cauldron
