Crash after loading Recourse Pack

I made my own texture pack for 1.14.4, so I tested it on the newest snapshot 19w34a and for some reason it just crashed, I tested it out on 1.14.4 and it worked fine... I attached some images for you to diagnose the problem, and if you're asking why i use the really old Minecraft Launcher, don't judge me... ^{_{P.S Do not give me a Download link for the new Minecraft Launcher if you think the one i'm using is too outdated... (Which it is...)}}
