Xbox 360 Skins not transfering to Minecraft Moble editition

When I signed into Minecraft on my iPad none of the skins I purchased on my Xbox 360 are transfering over. Is there anyway to allow my to access my skins. Also on my Xbox 360 it doesn’t allow me to play Minecraft, it always says there is an error.
