Mobs with passengers have broken movements

Mobs with passengers has some broken movements. Horses will move side ways while there is a passenger on them, this can been seen when a skeleton trap occurs. Skeletons/illusioners/strays, but not pillagers, when strafing while riding on a mob doesn't face at the player properly.
