Servers can no longer be moved to the top / bottom of the server list by holding shift while clicking on an arrow

The bug

Prior to 19w34a, it was possible to move a server directly to the top (or bottom) of the list by holding Shift while clicking on the "Move up/down" arrows on top of the server icon. That is no longer possible, presumably because MC-151354 has been fixed.

To reproduce

1. Open server list with at least three servers in it
2. Hover over the icon of the server at the bottom of the list
3. Click on the "Up" arrow on the server icon while holding shift
   → The server is not moved to the top of the list
