Drinking a Honey Bottle in Creative Mode Empties Bottle

The bug

If you drink a Honey Bottle in Creative Mode in snapshot 19w34a, the bottle is depleted, leaving an empty bottle in its place.

This is likely unintended because drinking Potions and Water Bottles in creative mode does not deplete them.

To reproduce

1. Go into Creative mode (With cheats on, do /gamemode creative @s).
2. Retrieve a Honey Bottle (/give @s minecraft:honey_bottle).
3. Drink the Honey Bottle. At this point, you will notice that the Honey Bottle has been replaced by a Glass Bottle (minecraft:glass_bottle) in the same inventory slot.
