Baby villagers no longer take poppies given to them by an iron golem

The bug

Baby villagers no longer take poppies If the iron golems hand have a poppy. They had this behavior before 1.14 wherein the golem hands out a poppy, a baby villager stares at it and takes the poppy, and was last seen in 1.13.2. As of now, the baby villagers ignore the golem's offering.
