Redstone lamps stay lit when breaking them with silk touch

If you break a redstone lamp with silk touch you will get a lit redstone lamp.

When I broke the lamp I expected to get one that was not lit

When I broke the lamp I got a lit lamp in my inventory

1. Get a silk touch pickaxe
2. Break a lit redstone lamp
