Place animation of block held in second hand doesn't play when hitting animation of the main hand plays while placing the block, and vice versa

The bug

Theres no building animation, when i have some blocks in my second hand, and something else, what have no right clicking action, in my first hand, when you click both mouse buttons at the same time.
