minecart bug

hi

i got teleported under the map when i did exit my minecart and did die from that i tink there whas good space to exit aswel

and i lost lots off stuff like 28 diamonds and other stuff is there a way u guys can see what i lost there and get it back ?

i dont know how to trigger this bug
