Fullscreening with two monitors causes entire PC to bluescreen.

When trying to fullscreen, first the previous issue happens where it shows up on the wrong monitor and interacts strangely, but then immediately after my whole computer hard bluescreens, chokes, and shuts off. I have been able to reproduce it several times with 100% accuracy. This could be like the previous issue where the Nvidia driver was causing an issue, but that was said to be resolved.
