Blocks stop breaking

Sometimes, usually after playing an hour or longer, blocks stop breaking properly. When you break them they immediately get back and you don't get the item.

Happens with grass/dirt, stone, wood and cocoa beans at least. Also with snow layer when you are not using a shovel.
