boat bug

i placed down a boat when i got off the boat it disappeared then after that i broke a block and started to float on it and then started to glitch on it then that when away and now it lags extremely badly on when i hover over the items on the top bar  wont let me even move them i tried to make a backup load it and then dying in the game still did not work
