Placing Things On Door And Item Disapear!

A bug with door have been found ( MC-140276 ) BUT the bug is even worst! if you place 2 torch and you break the door, you will get only one torch! Why? because the torch at the opposite of where you broke the door, disapear! (If you break the top of the door, the item at the bottom will be destroyed) It also work with only one item.
