Full Screen Crashes

I was in the video settings and clicked Fullscreen. Then it crashed for no reason. When I rebooted Minecraft I clicked fullscreen a few times to see if it was a bug, It was because it crashed again. When I re opened MC It crashed for no reason. Please fix this.

 

So I clicked on the attach crash report link but it brought me to how to get to the Minecraft data folder and I did that but I don't know where exactly to put it.
