Was testing stuff on creative mode and then my tracks and redstone stuff popped out the ground.

I was creating some things in minecraft and then I wanted to see if my minecarts would stop I travel really far to unload a chuck.
When I came back I was just surprised as all my tracks and redstone stuff went off block, but not all of them, just some (as you can see in image2).
